The relevant departments shall not designate any assessment institution to conduct compulsory assessment on mortgage or pledge and shall not intervene in the normal business operation of guarantee agencies during processing the relevant registration 在办理有关登记手续过程中，有关部门不得指定评估机构对抵押物（质物）进行强制性评估，不得干预担保机构正常开展业务。
